Dear Sir, I am a VLE of Sahaj Arunodoy Centre Darrang Assam. SREI has made an agreement with me for Data entry of National Population Register (NPR). They were agreed to make payment milestone wise i.e in 45 days interval. Agreement was signed on 6th aug 2012. There was no clause to change agreement but they changed it in nov 2012. Partially made the payment about 50% but 50% payment is due. They are not responding my phone right now. Time overed but payment is not completed.
