I took connection on 31Dec 2014. Still today (22/01/2015) the connection hardly worked. I opted for 12MBPS but it worked mostly at 256kbps. Very few days at promised speed. Made 20+ complains to them no response.
I have called more than 20 times to the customer care and 30 + times to the technician and dealer. Almost wasted 500Rs on phone.
It was post paid connection. I wanted the connection to be terminated and want them to return complete money back.
