MTS Data card – Wrong Billing – Customer Review

i purchase this mts data card & used satisfactorily till 9 march 2014 after that i started facing issues of connectivity. I complained abuout 4-5 times to customer care but they said there is no problem from their side and one day one customer executive accepted that the problem was from their side & they will resolve in one or two day. As i didn’t used the data after 9th march 2014 so i said that i won’t pay the rental of march month as i was unable to use service due to technical error from MTS side although i am ready to pay the feburary 2014 bill (i.e. Rs. 98) and a proportionate of the march bill accordingly to the no: of days used. But they said i will have to pay the complete rental of march 2014 also.
