MTS – Deactivated Invalid Reasons – Review

Here i am mts customer shikha agarwal using mblaze ultra since one year. My MTS no. Is 9667986xxx. My data has been deactivated by giving invalid reasons on 22nd may 2014. When i called up on customer care , the reason has been given that my device has been lost. But my device Havant lost anywhere. After that false request has been registered. On 24th may 2014 , again my request got registered on urgent basis. Now reason is given to me that my data card got deactivated due to non usage. Let me tell me i am continuously using my data card. So both the reasons are invalid. Now when i called up again in MTS , the senior executives are not talking. Only same thing is being repeated that we are sorry and your request is in process. Now tell me what is the meaning of request on urgent basis. Its been 6 days , till my problem has not been resolved.Otherwise take action immediately. My request no. Is 19045887.

I want my connection to be started again instantly and want to issue to revised connection. And claim for inconvenience.
