I bought MTS dongle on 24 November,2013 and with assured speed upto 9.8 mbps. I was not even getting 1 mbps from the day of activation. From last 2 days I am getting even low 0.14 mbpsand after contacting they said the speed is correct and your limit has expired. My retailer Mr. Akhil told me that after limit you will get more than 2 mbps and I am not even getting proper speeds. My limit was 5 GB and if I have used that why I am not getting 2 MBps as per my plan. I also contacted Service Centre and they disconnected two times after listening my problem. Please help me in this issue as I am very much sad about this issue from this company. Please help me
