1-I bought a MTS mblaze data card, which is postpaid connection @999 monthly rental. 2- They promised and mentioned on their site that it will give up to 9 MBPS internet speed. 3- I have checked with several places but every where it is coming around 1 MBPS only and websites are not opening properly. 4- I logged a complain #JUN/2014. 5- They said engineer will visit at your place and will check it. 6- After 2 days they closed my case and told me that if 1 MBPS speed you are getting then it is sufficient. 7- I told them I am paying for 9 MBPS speed not for 1 MBPS.

I want refund of my device which is Rs.1600/ and I do not want to pay 999 rental as I am not getting promised speed. Kindly help me in this regard.
