MTS India Negligence in Disconnection – False Bill

My MDN is 8453178042. I bought a internet connection from MTS on 11 August, 2011 and paid a advance for 3 Months. However, during this period, there service was pathetic and I was getting very less speed. I complained several times, but to no avail. Finally, I applied for disconnection on 28/10/11 and visited the outlet thrice for disconnection to make sure that no bill is generated on coming month. Inspite of this, they generated the bill for further two months and charged me Rs. 2000. Further, I have not used any internet during these days.

I wasted lots of my time in following up with them and also have to 2000 Rs.
