MTS MBlaze Data Card Deactivation

I have a MTS datacard – registered under name of Garima Mahajan. For some months due to personal reasons I was unable to pay the bill amount and had informed the company representatives over many calls that I received over that period. Finally, I was sent a mail asking to pay Rs.697 as full and final payment. On the same mail chain I had enquired whether after making the payment my services shall be resumed and was told that it would be activated after making the payment. So, I made the payment of Rs.697 on 29-July-16 but now I am being told that the datacard is permanently deactivated. I feel harassed by this. I request you to guide me on how to deal with this situation. Regards, Akshay Sharma
