Dear Sir, I’ve purchased the MTS MBlaze ultra Wi-Fi and got the same activated on 19-Sep-2014. As per the promise by the company along with their advertising details the service should be provided upto 9.8Mbps connection. However the speed is not even reaching 500kbps. Upon requesting the support from MTS customer care they are clueless about the speed issue. This is really unfair and I was cheated by the company.
1) I would like to get the speed issue resolved. 2) Company should stop providing false details 3) Would like to have reimbursement of the purchase
