MTS – Network Issue

The device is heating up and then there is severe network issue, complaint not yet resolved from 19th Feb 2016. Even after complaining several times at the customer service helpdesk where I was promised a callback which I didn’t got and also my complaint was closed though I was not provided with a solution.

There is an economic damage as I was not able to deliver my assigned jobs ontime. I want the device to be replaced and a compensation that I had due to the network issue.
