Sir, I have raised multiple complaint to my internet service provider MTS regarding the network speed issue. They have offered me a speed of upto 9.2 Mbps while taking the connection and its working fine in the morning time. However in the evening mostly after 9 PM onward the speed is really slow and i cant even open a website. When i checked the speed it was only around 80 Kbps. This is really frustrating and i have raised multiple complaints to the service provider MTS. The recent complaint number which i have register with MTS is JUN/3562. The issue seems to be the network bandwidth is fully utilized and there is no minimum bandwidth for a user when peak times which is in the evenings. The internet works fine and i am getting around 1.5 Mbps speed in the morning times. But the night the speed is really slow and even after raising multiple complaints to the service provider still the issue persists. I am not only one person have the similar issue with MTS but my other friends in Kazhakkoottam,Trivandrum area is also facing the similar issue. I am raising this complaint to get a favorable response and take necessary action against the service provider. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards Aslam

Increase network bandwidth for the service provider in order to get minimum speed for each user during peak times.
