I had purchased new connection from MTS on 15th Sep 2014. The account was activated on 16th Sep 2014. From that day I never got speed that they advertised (9.8mbps). At max I had got was 1.1mbps that too late night. On an average the speed never crossed beyond 512kbps during day time which is very low. I had logged complaint with customer care and every time they used to close the issue without calling or informing. On 2nd Oct their serviceman visited my place and he acknowledged that my connection was having problem. After that on many occasions I got in touch with their appellate, even she acknowledged the issue but finally no resolution. At the other I was getting threatening calls from their billing team to pay the bill. Finally I disconnected it on 20th Oct 2014.
The entire purpose of taking the connection was not met due to their mistakes. I was unable to continue work and thus had to use other options like working extended hours in office.
