DATA CARD NUMBER-8432678xxx This complaint is regarding Mobile braodband company MTS.I am using mlaze at kesrisinghpur I am experiencing speed issue according to company on recharge of 999 for mblaze we get high speed internet till 20Gb.I recharged my MTS number 8432768xxx with Rs.999 on date 16 APRIL 2014 of which high speed data was used so i again recharged with Rs.999 on 11 MAY 2014 but i was not given the high speed when i tried to call the customer care the noted the complaint (MAY54916) in that they told that you have used your all high speed data but i haven’t according to company my data usage from 12 MAY 2014 to 14 May 2014 was approximately 2Gb according to this i cannot use 20 gb in these 8 days because speed is 8KBPS so i appeal to give me the right justice all the supporting document has been attached with complain

I want either my speed should be increased or my amount of RS.3000 should be refunded(including modem cost recharge amount )
