sir, we have contacted panasonic for chaging our telivison speakers, for which the technician was send on 9th april 2014, he dignosed that the speakers need to be replaced as there was no sound hence forth he asked to pay 3200 or so and for which we paid up an advance of 1500 rupeese so the speakers order was placed. he notified us that it will come is next 4to 5 days n will be replaced, after which for past 40 days nothing has been done, every time i call they put me on hold as me for the job no which i give them and the tell ne the same thing, contact next week, this has been lingering for past 40 days and we are in a problematic situation as the company has taken advance with no sigh of replacing the speakers, kindly look into the matter. brand telephone nos 03340159xxx,03340159xxx thanks and regards Anant Arora
