Aircel – deducting balances and intentionally

Sir, Please help me against theft of Aircel Mobile. My complaint is against worst services and abrupt Balance deduction by aircel after making any recharge in account Mob. 7786014xxx & 8563959xxx. After making recharge on the above said mobile no. Aircel starts deducting balance continuously by Rs.30/-,40/-,60/- any type. Aircel is not launching complaints against uneven balance deduction with in tariff period i.e. if I called 2 phone no. of Lucknow separately, the deductions are made some time 30 paise and some times 60 paise. During non DND activation period every thing will be alright with aircel but company calls received after every 15 Min. After activation of DND in phone Aircel deducts heavy balance from the account any time and also active the mode where the time zone changes for the sim i.e. if I insert sim to any phone it changes its time and bring its to future. For these deductions and time mismanagement I tried to launch complaint but customer care executive again denied to launch complaints. By saying that you used internet, you have done massages on primary nos. or you are illiterate and you are the first customer to launch time mismanagement complaint. I tried to launch complaints against network problem that voice is not heard during calls there is several problems regarding voice clearity or call drops but customer care again denied to launch complaints. Customer care executives denying to launch any type complaints or they are sitting there to not launch complaints. I made several efforts for refund of fake deductions made in my account through emails or over phone customer care but no reply is receiving and denial of launching complaints receiving from customer care executives. Customer care executives are saying me illiterate, get another person to get information. Further, Aircel customer care is understanding consumer forum as impotent and will not be able to get refund from them, this conclusion bring out when I told them to launch complaint in consumer forum. They said me what you want to do can do. Further, Aircel deducted around 250/- Rs. from my both above said mobile no. accounts and denying to launch complaints as well they are misbehaving with me. Please help me and get me refund of 250/- and Rs.1000/- for mental harrasment as a mobile balance on above said numbers and insurance for good services from aircel and no automatic false deduction of balance through primary no. or internet.

I want as a balance refund of 1250/- (250/- + 1000)in mobile nos. 7786014xxx and 8563959xxx. Also get Aircel executive to get excuse for further any misbehavior.
