Dear Sir, I had purchased a mobile phone (order number 8986573) BSNL Penta Bharat Phone PF300 from naaptol.com date 24-04-201. They deliver me it on dated 03-05-2014. After received it when I checked it left scroll key was not working. I make complaint it. The complaint number was 6139772. They give me one number 18001111111 for customer complaint in BSNL. Which was not working. After a long correspond by mail they give me no solution about them. The last mail which was sending by them on 08-05-2014 Dear Customer, We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have escalated the issue to our concerned team. Kindly allow us 24-48 working hrs to respond to your query. Request your patience in the interim. But till date they not give me any solution about phone. Please help me for the same.
