I’ve taken a data connection from MTS with a 4 month advance rental. I made the payment in advance. There was no issue at all till my last 2 bills were generated. Roaming charges are imposed in my bill that too without any intimation. I was using this connection on the roaming very frequently but never faced roaming charges in past except these last two bills. If there is change in the charges or policy, they must have been communicated to me which was never done and now I am being abused as they say that there is point in the application form about roaming charges and I need to pay. But when I say that I’ve been on roaming in past and no charges are imposed then the say that I’ve never beein on roaming which is not true. I’ve used the connection in Meerut and many times in Moradabad which comes in Up West while this connection is taken from NCR region. I am being threatended now by the MTS staff, please help me out and give the lesson to MTS to stop such unfair practices.

I want to get rid of unfair practices of this company and need to get the roaming charges weived off.
