MTS The Speed was promised at 9.8mbps while the actual was around 0.512 mbps. They came and checked and said that no one can give 9.8 mbps and that is only for advertisement. finally it looks like a net work issue and they were not able to resolve it. But charged us for the 3 months for the same.

I would like to have the refund of all the charges including the Dongle charges paid back to me. I don.t mind returning the Dongle back to them. Also they should stop advertising 9.8 mbps speed being offered so others don’t get cheated.
