MTS Telecom – Two Packs activated same tarrif

I activated a my pack at around 5:50 pm. The transaction was not processed. An error message came informing me about processing not completed. At around 6:30 I tried activating the pack again. At that time 2 packs were activated,the same tarrif whose validity is for 28 days. And no message was sent to me regarding thus. I tried to talk to customer care about this. They said it is my issue that I activated it twice. When I said I will lodge a complain against them,they said they will connect me to their supervisor . But instead of that they had cut my call. And they did the same thing twice.

Rs 76 was deducted from my balance twice for the same service which made every call at 40 p per minute. A total of Rs 152 was deducted while they are providing services of rs 76

I want my money to be refunded. And I want they should take proper actions so that other customers are not cheated like this.
