In the month of May 2013 a sales representative approached me for selling a MTS data card unlimited usage plan.I took the connection in good faith.It was an unlimited plan.however in the month of december 2013 I received a bill for an unjustified amount(Rs.2100..approx).When I contacted them they completely misrepresented the fact and stated that I was billed as per my usage and my plan was not an unlimited plan.I was shocked. I paid my regular monthly payment and requested for an immediate escalation, which never happened. I even got calls from their collection department where I was asked to go for a negotiation,on which I did not agree. I even referred the matter to our state consumer affairs portal on 20.01.2014. for which I am still awaiting reply(3 months passed)
I have taken the service which I never deny, however I expected a little professionalism, which they have never shown, so now I request you to take proper action against this kind of corrupt companies with illicit motives. The company which does not have a sound policy redressing consumer’s complaint has no right to consider them as service provider and operate in our country.I am harassed in my own country for no reason by MTS,I seek immediate redress al.
