MTS – wrong data balance deduction poor response by staff

My complaint against wrong data balance deduction.my compaint id being jan6111. I recharged my mts account on 15/12/2013 with 1499. As offered i would receive 10gb normal data,5gb night data and 2 gb mbonus unlimited data for one month.this balance was credited to my account on 17/12/13 this balance was supposed to expire on 14/01/14 but it expired on 12/01/14.so please take necessary steps and refund my balance my data card no is 8647945812.my 8 gb data was deducted by mts and i was not refunded my balance.I have several other issues as well the data meter is very fast and as soon as i connect my data card 50-60 mb data is reduced from the main balance.i have tried several times to contact the them but no step is taken by them…please help

i want my deducted data to be returned back.
