Dear sir,I had ordered a “Lenovo A 536” from the Mulyashop.com on 31/12/2014. I paid the cash through debit card and they deduct cash from my account. My order reference is “ZELGNUUIN”. My problem is till now the didn’t dispatched my item.I called them several times but the did not respond.I checked their site for the status of my order and it shows that “payment is accepted” but it does not shows an invoice even it does not show any details about my order dispatch.below I attach my Bank account statement that show the transaction with Mulyashop(Marked with yellow)

I lost 6222 rupees that is the price of phone.Till now i didn’t get any notification from the Mulyashop.com.My account status in Mulyashop.com shows payment is accepted but no further details
