I have booked a 3 BHK flat on 11th Sept. 2009. The same flat they rebooked to some other customer during there sales promotion during 19th to 26th sept. 2009. On 9th Oct. 2009 I came to know that they rebooked the flat to some other person. I have already paid the cheque of 10% of the Flat amount as on 11th Sept. ’09.

From 9th Oct,09 onwards doing regular follow-up for my flat but till date have not got any positive response.

I have already applied for the home loan and got sanctioned the same. And the bank already deducted Rs. 8500/- for Processing Fee, Legal and stamp charges.

Need help to get the flat on same rate on same floor to be booked on my name.
