: I had raised a request for flowers & chocolate an online from myflowergift. When I called to enquire about the order the person spoke to me in a very rude manner. He was using the words like “Let lots,who wants your money,we cannot deliver,bullshit….”. I think this is not a way to provide the service. The issue was with the delivery. I wanted it to be delivered by 9.00am before my father goes to work. I wanted to give him a serprise. There is a chat window in the website which supports a lady called Riya messaged me. I requested her to deliver by 9am she was okay with it,So I did not go to select the option of delivering for the perticular time which incurred 200rs extra. She assured me that would be delivered.When I called to this number “09743966294”. The person spoke to me very rudely & used the works like “Let lots,who wants your money,we cannot deliver,bullshit….”.He was not ready to share his name with me.
