Regarding the complaint DOCAF/E/2013/00694. After I bought Lee cooper shoes from Myntra.com for Rs.2249 on 21st Jan 2013, they told they give 90 days warranty for manufacturing defects. On 26th Feb, I reported shoe laces are not properly weaved and very loose. They simply replied like “they didnt have stock of shoe laces and so they cant replace them”. On 01-Aug-2013, I gotta call from Naveen(08043541999)from Myntra and he told new lies “1.Lee cooper only cover shoes under warranty not the laces, 2. Customer had damaged the laces (wear & tear), 3.Since manafacturer refused to replace laces, Myntra cant help the customer” What I suspect is Myntra.com sells low quality products at discounts or they are not doing quality checks. I have used Rs.500 local shoes and Rs.2500 Woodland shoes. I never saw this kind of low quality laces.

Replace the laces ASAP.
