Myntra – Not informed order cancelled

i have ordered four products from myntra online shopping on the 30th of may. i received an email confirming my order with a delivery date of 9th of june. As i had prior family commitments, i had gone out of station to a marriage. i received a call from their delivery services on the 2nd of june for delivery when i was unavailable. Thus, i inquired about a date when they could redeliver which would coincide with my availability as it was cash on delivery. The delivery personal being unsure of what is to be done requested me to hold back till the evening when he would talk to his manager and arrange communication on the same. but no such thing of that order happened while i kept waiting. next morning i received and email from myntra confirming the cancellation of all my orders amounting to ~INR 9000. i did not request for a cancellation. i was not informed that my order was being cancelled. and, how can they cancel my order without my permission. and on further contacting them(myntra) on the same they said they had certain procedures to which the delivery cannot be reattempted and has been cancelled. how can they decide upon my order status without consulting me.

I just need the products i ordered as soon as possible as i have given my word to people. and would also want a compensation of the humiliation i suffered. i need them (MYNTRA) to apologize to me on a social media platform accepting their incompetency.
