PayTM team has taken out Rs 2047 from my wallet for NEFT to my HDFC account on 13th May 2015 but have not credited the amount to my HDFC account even after multiple reminders.. Please find attached the screenshot with NEFT highlighted in Red color circle. It is lot of time consuming and disturbing issue as PayTM team is least bothered about my 6-7 emails sent to them. They are not even bothered to reply that this issue will take “X or Y” amount of time to fix it..I am left helpless and seeking your help on this issue.
