Myntra not Ready to Refund

I had tried placing an order on 25th December 2017. Though the order wasn’t placed, my amount got deducted. First I complained through the myntra app that my amount was deducted and no order was placed, got the response that it ll be processed in 7-14 working days. No response. Then called the cust care and confirmed that amount was deducted and no order was placed and they asked me to send my account statement to look into the matter. Which I did. Now I got another mail saying they need my card details and email Id that was used to place the order. I don’t understand why would you need my card details.. Its been two months, I have been making calls and mailing them, all they say is they ll assist me. But when?? When will I get my refund??
