Hi, I had ordered two products (Order No – 33468036) on 3rd April 2017, but due to some reason i had to return the product. So i had handed over the product to your office boy on 13th April. While doing that i got a message the amount will be refunded within 10-14 days effective from the returned date. It’s gonna be more than a month , I had been following up a lot many times through mails and calls but till now the money is not refunded. This is a real sad thing that your service is so poor , which for sure will refrain not only me from trusting your firm but other people as well. Kindly request you to refund the money or provide a solution ASAP, else i will have to escalate to the higher authority . Regards, Pankhuri
