I had ordered an UNITED COLOURS OF BENETTON SHOES worth RS 2650 (Approx. Value) from online E-Commerce Website MYNTRA INDIA. When i received the shoes, I found it to be fake/duplicate product and requested Myntra to take back the product as Myntra promised 30 Days Return policy. I returned the product on 12-Dec-14 and Myntra promised to refund my total amount Rs 2650 in 24 Hours but today 6 Days had passed , they had not refunded my amount. When I inquire for my money , they said we didn’t received your returned product (Shoes). I had myself returned the product to Myntra official person and I had receipt of the same that i had returned the product. Myntra is not refunding my money . They refuse to refund and also took the product from me. I am very helpless and need your help .I have full faith in you .Please don’t let break my faith from you. Need your Help.

I want that you should do justice with me . Myntra had harassed me very much by mentally or in money terms. I want that whole my money should be refunded back + amount i wasted on doing regular calls to them. Amount around Rs 2800.
