I purchased Biba Kurti and Chromozyme Track pants from online shopping site-myntra on 2nd Jan 2014. By mistake i gave the old address for delivery. i called myntra customer care on 03rd Jan 2014 for change of address. The executive told it has been updated. Again i called after 4-5 days and came to know that order has been to wrong address. i reminded them for the request of change address but the executive told that is has been updated due to technical problem.they told that since it is the fault from their side even though the order is delivered they will return the amount to my account. Today i.e.26.01.15 when i called the executive tell the the order has been delivered and now the amount cannot be returned. My order no. is 70533138
I want my whole money i.e. Rs.3917 to be credited back to my account.
