Naaptol Bachat Bazaar Delivered Wrong Product

(Narration of the incident) That on 21st April 2014, the I purchased a Set of 4 Autokart Mud Flaps for Chervolet Aveo – Black. Manufactured by AutoKart from Naaptol.com via cash on delivery against order No 8832740. Which was delivered by Blue Dart Courier Serviced via docket No 59251812686. The said Documents are attached. The Item which was delivered was a wrong item and the make and company of the Manufacture was different than the one ordered. The manufacture was of Priya Co and the item was different in make and the matter was immediately reported to Naaptol Call Center with Complaint No 6059406. As per there advice I was suppose to hand over the wrong item to Blue Dart Courier Services as free pickup with AC Code 113260. After which the item I order would be dispatched from Naaptol’s end. I had called the Courier Services for Free Pickup but was told that they have not received any Mail conformation from Naaptol for the Pickup. Then I had called up the Naaptol Call Center Many times but was always given the same answer that a mail has been sent to the courier. I had again called the Courier Services and again I was told that they have not received any conformation. Call Detail of calls made attached. It is almost going to be a month now that I have not received any call or conformation about the pickup and my Item which was ordered is still pending after the entire amount had been paid. And till date I am suffering due to non-availability of the Correct Item.

As a consumer I demand, (a) refund the cost of the Item Ordered, Rs. 517 along with 20 % interest ; (b) pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered (compensation) ; and (c) pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- towards cost of calls made (Cost)
