Naaptol bachat bazaar – micro sim slot problem did not respond properly

I had bought a sony ericsson mobile phone from naaptol.com (Xperia M). As soon i got the product (after a delayed delivery) i opened it and found that it has a micro sim slot rather than general sim card slot. I called the naaptol customer care regarding my concern that it has a micro sim slot and it was not mentioned anywhere in the product description. Even after many followup they did not respond properly; when i marked a mail CCing NCH they reverted me with a solution that I have to cut the simcard to fit into the slot. I dont want to cut the slot , I want to return the product.
