I ordered a ZYnc tablet on the month of december last year and received the product as defective then I complained for it when I received the product now I had some problems in contacting them after that. Yesterday(23/10/13) I called them and told them and they asked me to send me the product back to them but now today they have back called me (24/10/13)and told me that they are not going to give me any service. I have one year warranty and I need help. Please help me out.
I don’t want money back I just need the product in running condition and with proper service.
