I have purchased one wall clock from Naaptol (online shopping) on 8th May 2014 (the brand name of the clock mentioned above) and the same has been found defective after delivery of the same. The clock cannot be hung straight and also the hour clock is faulty. This information has been shared with NAAPTOL representatives several times both through telephone and email. Only once they have given the me the contact number of the dealer but the dealer also didn’t respond. Even after this a mail has been sent to the support team of Naaptol but no action has been taken.

I want my entire money (Rs.543) back which I have paid for the clock and return the clock back to NAAPTOL.
