I have purchased BQ mobile from naaptol.com at Rs. 3000. I found out this product having problem of microphone and sound is not going to the other side. I have registered a complaint on customer care number and my complaint no. is 7584528. but there is no proper response and no action from naaptol.com. I want refund of money or replacement of faulty piece.

I have loss of Rs. 3000 + the number of calls I made to customer care resulted in mental tension.
