Naaptol FRAUD – FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered a Titanium Magnetic Bracelet from Naaptol.com on the 12th April. It was delivered on the 19th April. I paid COD for item. Once I opened the parcel the item was not the same as the one listed on the site. It was a completely different design and also I highly doubt that it is Titanium. I contacted customer service 2 twice over the phone and also sent complaint emails and ask them to either send me the correct item or refund me the money. Both times they said that they did not have that design in stock so they sent different one and they would not exchange or refund my money, said I cant do anything about it.

I want company to formally send me an apology letter and refund the total amount.
