Booked and received order for LED Cinma Projector with Remote Tripod stand on 19th nov 2012 and immedeatly loged complain for the dameged seal opened product with Naaptol on the same day the cost of the product is Rs. 6285/- including shipping chearges.

Requested for 48 hours for the pick up, and given me not responding numbers of the blue dart courier and for the 16th time complain ie., sixteen 48 hours I waited there is no pick up at all till now ie., 7.01.2013. Kindly help me out with the courier and Service provider and company for the product.

I need to replace the product or to refund my money. I had not experienced with any of the service provider like ebay, India times, Homeshop 18. Tradeus. I want put naaptol to a black list service provider and not fit for a good service
