Naaptol Non Delivery of Product

Sir, Myself Shraddha Rishi Daughter of Late Gunjan Rishi. My father booked an order on Naaptol.com on 28-09-2012 for 6 necklace sets for 2298 rupees. The order no. is 5036750. He received the order on 12-10-2012 and he was asked for 2423 rupees instead of 2298 rupees. when the received packet was opened, there were no necklace sets but four books. When my father contacted the customer care no. of Naaptol, they asked him to send that wrong packet with the complaint and told that they will send the right product within 15 days. My father sent that wrong product of four books to their address with his own money on 13-10-2012. In between my father passed away on 25-10-2012. Now even after more than 15 days we have not received any order from naaptol.

the online shopping website of Naaptol.com has cheated my father and us. they looted my father by taking our money and not giving our ordered products. this is all against the goodwill of consumers. My father and we suffered a lot mental agony due to this.

I want to get my money refund: the 2423 rupees and the 60 rupees of the courier which my father spent to post the wrong product back to Naaptol.
