Hi, I am holding BSNL no. 9405296859. This is special 3G sim on which data service is activated but problem is there is no 3G network avaliability. it flutuates very frequently, sometime I need to wait several hours for 3g network. when I talk to customer care they say, we are looking into it, and no solution. So far I have contacted them many time but of no use. Please help, -Feroz.

I use data service to trade in stock market. but due to non availability of 3G network many times I missed opportunity to trade in stock matrket that leads anxiety, inconvienience and financial losses. Also many time I missed to check my important mails.

With help of advertise, BSNL is misleading consumer to get thier sevices. Though they have inferior qulaity of network but they claim browsing at speed of thought. It is kind of fraud they do with consumers. Relief I want is they should provide the service for what they are charging.
