i have opened my dmat account for commodity with Golden sparrow capital services pvt.ltd. at Jaipur branch.MCX Membership Number:46295,FMC UNIQUE ID:MCX/TM/CORP/1970. My Client Code is JAI1023 Which is generate by company. since 25 November i was not able to a single trade then i have requested to company that refund my full payout which is 15,934/-rs but they are not released my money.i told them that i will take a legal action then they issued me a check which is bounced.i want that refund my full payout with economic damage which is 3000/-rs because i have to payment 25000/- to other person for that i have take this amount on credit from other person on interest.

Because i was arranged 10,000/-rs on my basis and 15,934/- rs check bounced which is issued by company.for that i have arranged that money from 15000/-rs from other person on urgent basis for that i have take this amount on interest which is(3000/-)rs. i want my total amount which is 18,934/-rs
