Naaptol – Product Quality Disappointing

Hi, I have booked an order of 7 kota doria sarees for Rs. 3398 and got delivered on time. The product quality was very bad and disappointing for its cost. I requested a free pickup on 26th August 2014 for the same. They have ptovided me an a/c 113260 and asked me to call blue dard local franchise and provided me their number. When i contact blue dart for the pickup they say they did not receive any email from naaptol so they can not pick the courier informed naaptol customer care for the same and requested for the intimation to be sent to courrier service. Since then i am contacting them on regular basis and they say they have already sent an email and they need 48 hrs maximum for the product pickup but blue dart people continue keep saying they got no email regarding pick up. I have been contacting regularly since 8 days and Ms. Neeha dayal Team leader assured me for a call back that i never received. Kindly get back to me anf help me for the same soon as possible. My Order number is 10301962.
