my truck having reg. no. hp 38 c 6088 was accidented on 5 july 2011 which is insured by national insurance co. having policy no. 401500/31/11/6300000259 and workshop of amw give estimate of 1250000 rs and survior of the nic passed our claim of 475000rs now after the five months of accident of vehicle company not giving the claim which was passed by their appionted survior. with the accident of the truck i am financially and mentally very depressed pls help me. i shall be very thank full to irda
