Dear Sir, They have approved almost 80% of claimed amount,but after asking justification for rest 20% ,they have held my whole amount intentionally.Now Dr Ramjan from Vipul MedCorp TPA Pvt Ltd, is asking for Batch No and expiry date of Medicines bill and saying that my all documents are fake. Now i ask them at what basis they approved 80% Bill.My all documents are correct,Doctor has given report ,admission summary,discharge summary,treatment detail.all submitted documents have contact detail,any person can get information from these contact Detail,but they did nothing except of generating queries.instead of helping me they ignored my mails.On request of my agent, i went to NIC Office Panjabi bagh but no one is ready to help me.I want some strong actions against these companies( NIC & VMC). both are cheating people.

I want my premium amount of last six year,medical claim Plus 1 Lac compensation for mental and physical agony. I want 1 Lac compensation from Vipul Medcorp TPA Pvt Ltd for harassment and intentionally holding my bills while i have resolved all queries. and they had once approved 80% after that they held my whole bill. I really want also to expose their publicly.
