I am an employee working in bank of baroda. While working in our tala park branch, kolkata i took ‘bob national swasthya bima policy’ for self and my family members. In that policy document the max age limit of 2 dependent children of the family is 21 yrs for my policy on floater basis whereas the policy issued to staff members of camac street branch is ‘baroda health’ where no such age limit is mentioned for dependent children under the similar plan.
This has resulted me a loss which i incurred for the treatment of my son who was in hospital last year, as i could not submit the medical bill for crossing the max age limit as per bob swasthya bima policy. Please note that both the policies are issued by national insurance co. Ltd.& as staff members we do not have any opportunity of exercising our choice. Please look into the matter and inform me of the developments.
