National Insurance – I am totally harassed and not satisfied with the poor services

Respected Sir / Madam, In the Month of April’ 2013, I have Purchased a General Insurance Policy No.421500/31/13/6200000173 from National Insurance Co. Limited for my Honda Stunner Motor Cycle, with Registration No.HR60-D-0694. Before this policy I was also associated with General Insurance Policy No.421500/31/12/6200000068 which expired on 05-04-2013 but by mistake I was forgot to renew it and this was expired, and after that I takes a new policy by paying the amount of Rs.1200/- (Approx) which includes inspection charges as well as penalty. For your information I want to tell u that last year I claimed a claim under General Insurance Policy No.421500/31/12/6200000068 and got it respectively by cheque. On 11-09-2013, I submitted an application for survey and inspection of my Motor Cycle Bearing Registration No.HR60-D-0694 because before 11-09-2013, some buffalos was smashed my bike during the driving and after that I requested National Insurance Co. Limited Panipat for Survey and they assured me to not to worry and told me that the surveyor should reached by 12-09-2013 & inspection will be done on 12-09-2013 as per their response. They also told me that the surveyor will be appointed from their Karnal Office and they advised me that the accidental bike bearing No.HR-60-D-0694 should have parked where I want to replace damaged parts. And after that on 11-09-2013 I was parked my bike at L.K. Honda Panipat for Survey or inspection under intimation to National Insurance Co. Limited Panipat because without survey or inspection, repairing and replacing the damage parts was not changed and submit the necessary documents like Estimate of L.K. Honda Panipat, copy of Insurance Policy, copy of my driving Licence, copy of R.C. of my bike bearing No.HR60-D-0694 alongwith Claim Application to their Panipat office. After waiting on 13-09-2013 I called to National Insurance Panipat office for Survey because nobody came for survey on 12-09-2013 and they told me that the surveyor has already been appointed on 12-09-2013 and he should reached the Inspection Area which was L.K. Honda Panipat. After that I was taken the Mobile No. of Appointed surveyor and called him for survey but he misbehaved with me and abused me and not given any response to me about my survey process for claim. And after that he disconnected the phone and I have tried to call him again and again approx 10 times but he did not picked my phone. Now I was no alternative but to call to L.K. Honda Panipat for about my Survey Process and they told me the exact process that the survey has been done on 13-09-2013 and I can take my bike which was repaired and the damaged parts were replaced after survey or inspection. They charged me Rs.1336/- and generated the Invoice No.13IW06039 dt.13-09-2013 and advised me to take Invoice and submit it to National Insurance Panipat for further Process and Claim. i want to reset my policy bearing No.421500/31/13/6200000173 as well as give me all benefits as new fresh policy and help me to get my claim without any further delay as again I said to you this was not my mistake.
