i had booked bus tickets of Neeta tours & travels on 4th August from PUNE to MUMBAI through REDBUS.in for my parents,all transactions were done online.i had paid Rs.450 per person for Mercedez Benz 2*2 bus so total amount i paid to redbus.in is Rs.900, but on the day of travelling bus provider told me that Mercedz Benz 2*2 bus is not available for that time so they provided another multiaxcle bus whose of per person is Rs.300 as my parents didnt have another option as my mother has slip disk prob & she is bend from her back & there ages are 60yrs & 68 yrs,they travelled in that available bus,before her has starting of journey my father has logged the complaint in redbus.in that time i got call from redbus.in giving assurance of refund of difference of Rs.300 to me in 3 working days but after 10 days also there is no proper response from Redbus.in
i need only refund of difference of tickets which is Rs.300 also i need written apology letter from redbus.in as i trusted on them & made my old age parents to travel on there trust.
