They told me connection is available in building and will provide me within the next day if I pay now in advance so I did the payment instantly and it has been 6 days since then no technician visited me just got a call that it will take more 3 days on Monday then Wednesday another call that it will.take more 3 days now on Friday they say connection is not available so they take my money in advance without any knowledge of the broadband connection n all refund is not the solution I want connection now as there is a main server in a building opposite mine
