Hi Mohit ,

What do mean by the real-time issue? I did not get an option to predict for the match. This is your technical issue, not mine. Why should I place a new order to predict? Who will pay the food amount? Your email does not have any solution. I have already received a notification that the refund has been initiated and now I am getting a different version. I must get a refund because of your technical issue.

As per your concern, we would like to inform you that you will not be able to predict if you have rated the order. You need to predict before rating an order, once the order has been rated you will not get any option to predict.
