New HCL TABLET – Battery Discharged in 10 Minutes

I purchased a HCL TABLET S. No. 0813PCC2G2DIT52943 for my office use in that i am facing problem of battery it get discharge in few minutes after charging. As my TAB is in under warranty i submitted my TAB on Service Center SYS INFOTECH on 5/7/14 after registering my complaint on 18601800425 on 1/7/14 now from that day i am not getting my TAB back from the Service center and customer care also not supporting i am getting only one reply “your TAB is in process” or “its part is dispatched please wait” i want my TAB Back or they have to give me a new TAB. regarding this i also mail to nodal officer manish Kumar of HCL his mails are with me. he also saying in every mail wait, wait and wait…

I am facing many problems in office my performance is going down due to unavailability of TAB. Also i do many transaction of BANK over my TAB but now i have to use cafe which is insecure and also sometime i miss to transact due to TAB which damage both mental and economic damage.
